Refund Policy

At GodCabin (https://godcabin.com/), we offer digital services and subscriptions. Since our offerings are intangible digital products, our refund structure is as follows:


1. No Refund for Digital Services

Payments for:

  • Memberships

  • Online community access

  • Digital ministry resources

  • Subscriptions
    are non-refundable once access is granted.


2. Duplicate Payment

If a duplicate payment occurs:

  • Email us at support@godcabin.com

  • Provide payment proof

  • Refund will be issued within 7–10 business days


3. Failed Payments

If payment is deducted but service not activated:

  • Share your transaction ID

  • We will verify and resolve the issue

  • Refund may be issued if activation is not possible


4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription anytime.
Cancellations stop future billing cycles.
Already paid amounts are not refundable.
