End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “you”, or “your”) and God Cabin (“we”, “our”, or “us”) governing your access to and use of the God Cabin mobile application (“App”).

By installing, accessing, or using this App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must not use the App.

1. License Grant

God Cabin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and lawful purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App or any part of it without our prior written permission.

2. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the App.

You are responsible for:

✓ Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
✓ Ensuring the accuracy of the information you provide
✓ All activities that occur under your account

You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use and Zero-Tolerance Policy

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, or unauthorized purpose.

You must not:

✗ Post or share offensive, abusive, defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, violent, or inappropriate content
✗ Use the App for illegal, fraudulent, misleading, or harmful activities
✗ Attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, or misuse the App or its services
✗ Impersonate another person, user, organization, or entity
✗ Upload or distribute viruses, malware, spam, or harmful code
✗ Promote hate speech, violence, harassment, abuse, or illegal acts

Zero-Tolerance Policy

God Cabin maintains a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive users.

We do not tolerate content or behavior that promotes:

⚠ Hate speech
⚠ Violence
⚠ Harassment
⚠ Abuse
⚠ Obscene or sexually explicit material
⚠ Illegal activities
⚠ Threats or harmful conduct

Any violation may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent account termination.

4. User-Generated Content

You may be able to post, upload, share, or submit content through the App, including text, images, comments, profile information, or other materials (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”).

You retain ownership of the content you submit. However, by posting or uploading content, you grant God Cabin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, distribute, and make the content available within the App for service-related purposes.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit and must ensure that your content does not violate this Agreement, applicable laws, or the rights of any third party.

5. Content Reporting, Blocking, and Enforcement

God Cabin provides safety features to help protect users from objectionable content and abusive behavior.

Reporting

Users can report or flag objectionable content or abusive users through the reporting mechanism available within the App.

Blocking

Users can block abusive or unwanted users using the blocking feature available within the App.

Action on Reports

God Cabin will review user reports and take appropriate action within 24 hours, which may include:

✓ Removing objectionable content
✓ Suspending or terminating the reported user’s account
✓ Restricting access to certain App features
✓ Taking any other action necessary to maintain user safety

We reserve the right to remove any content or terminate any account that violates this Agreement, without prior notice.

6. Account Deletion

Users may delete their account at any time through:

Once an account is deleted, your profile and associated data may be permanently removed from the App, subject to any legal, security, or operational retention requirements.

Account deletion is irreversible. After deletion, you may not be able to recover your account, profile, or related content.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, names, icons, designs, graphics, software, features, and materials within the App, excluding User-Generated Content, are owned by or licensed to God Cabin.

You may not:

✗ Copy or reproduce the App
✗ Modify or adapt any part of the App
✗ Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
✗ Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without written permission
✗ Sell, rent, sublicense, or commercially exploit the App

All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved by God Cabin.

8. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

By using the App, you agree to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

God Cabin does not guarantee that:

✗ The App will always be available without interruption
✗ The App will be error-free or secure at all times
✗ All content posted by users will be accurate, safe, or reliable
✗ Any defects or issues will be corrected immediately

You use the App at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, God Cabin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

✓ Your use of or inability to use the App
✓ User-generated content posted by other users
✓ Unauthorized access to your account
✓ Any interruption, error, or security issue in the App
✓ The conduct or behavior of other users

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement or engage in harmful, abusive, illegal, or unauthorized behavior.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

12. Changes to This Agreement

God Cabin may update this Agreement from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or through our official communication channels.

Your continued use of the App after any update means you accept the revised Agreement.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
